another lame self portrait. i really like working with crayons because it can look like shit and it’s ok. yay!

today in my kindergarten class we talked and drew about the weather again. today was a bit windy, so i did my picture with a kite. 

you see those swirlies? that’s the wind. ok, so while i was drawing this some of my kids saw them and were like “what are those?” so i was like “wind!”

and then they started drawing wind as swirlies. 

and they were all telling me that they wanted me to teach them how to draw like that. and ughhhh. these kids are too cute.

also: i’m not that dark. i didn’t realize the crayon would be that color until i had marked up stuff.
